Our mission at Five Keys Yoga is to provide compassionate, evidence-based yoga and Yoga Therapy services, which nurture our client's True Self.  Yoga is a practice everyone is capable of, perhaps with a few modifications.  Providing group and private yoga instruction at our studio and partner organizations, we accommodate our clients regardless of ages or abilities.  Our instruction is a traditional approach that includes yoga poses, breathing exercises, guided progressive relaxation techniques, and meditation.  

We are also proud to be the Chicago home of Yoga for the Special Child®, the Sonia Sumar Method and host YSC teacher training programs at our studio.
