Matt Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Matt has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in innovation, engineering, and management.
From 1989 to 2001, Matt worked at Tax & Accounting Software Corporation (TAASC) and Tax and Accounting Software Corp, serving as an EasyACCT technical lead and an Accounting Technical Lead. During this time, they built applications for areas such as amortization, payroll, write-up, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and state and federal tax.
In 2002, Matt joined Intuit as an Architect in the Innovation Lab, where they explored, designed, prototyped, and developed new ideas in collaboration with business unit partners. Their focus on customer-centric design methods and innovation skills contributed to the success of Intuit's projects.
Continuing their journey at Intuit, Matt served as an Innovation Architect in the Technology Innovation Group from 2010 to 2012. Here, they applied critical thinking and root cause analysis to identify areas where Intuit could make a significant impact on customers' lives.
From 2012 to 2013, Matt held the position of Product Owner, Hosting Engineering at Intuit, responsible for managing and prioritizing product features and improvements.
In 2013, Matt worked at Cartera Commerce, Inc as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Engineer, and Senior Product Manager, Innovation. Matt focused on customer-focused market testing and employed lean startup methodologies to develop native mobile and other products.
In 2014, Matt joined Five Pack Creative as an iOS Engineer, working on projects for companies like GoDaddy, American Airlines, and Match.com. In 2015, they were promoted to Chief Innovation Officer, leading teams and developing apps for various clients.
In 2016, Matt pursued their passion for game development by working as a Game Developer at matthart.com.
Additionally, Matt volunteered at Horizon Christian Fellowship and RenewFM Radio from 2005 to 2021, where they contributed to IT and media services, broadcast engineering, and radio station network management.
Throughout their career, Matt Hart has consistently demonstrated their expertise in technology innovation, product management, and team leadership.
Matt Hart has attended various OCCE programs, as well as Oklahoma University and UMass Lowell.
