Charity Bower has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charity most recently worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Five Points Technology Group starting in October 2022. Prior to that, from March 2022 to December 2022, they owned and operated their own consulting business, SolOG Consulting US.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Charity held a position as the Director of Quality Improvement at Wellpoint Care Network from June 2020 to April 2022. Charity also served as the Southeastern Regional Office Chief at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families from May 2014 to January 2017.

In earlier roles, Charity was the Director of the Quality and Innovation Center at Iowa KidsNet from October 2010 to January 2013. Charity also worked as a Family Court Program Coordinator at Fond du Lac County from May 2000 to October 2008.

Charity Bower received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Charity then went on to pursue their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. In August 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University.
