Don Fox is an accomplished Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with extensive experience in health and wellness. Since 1990, Don has owned STAR Tai Chi, where expertise in teaching has led to improved quality of life for numerous students. In addition to leading classes at STAR Tai Chi, Don serves as a Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor at Five Seasons Family Sports Club and has taught at the Cincinnati Museum Center since 2013. Previously, Don instructed at Thomas More College from 2010 to 2013. Don holds a certification in Qi Gong and Tai Chi from the New England School of Tai Chi and has furthered education at the University of Notre Dame.
