David Siboni

David Siboni serves as CFO and Partner at Brooks-Keret Financial Management, leading a staff of 19 and providing comprehensive solutions for over 50 startups, guiding them through investments, M&As, and IPOs. Additionally, David holds the role of CFO at Five Sigma and has previously held CFO positions at Keepers Child Safety and Highroad. As a mentor, David aids entrepreneurs and medical startups in strategic planning, fundraising, and budgeting. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at 3M, where David played a pivotal role in a $220M acquisition, and at QualiTest Group, contributing to an ~$80M exit. David began a career in accounting and auditing at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
