Bawa Grover

Bawa Grover is an experienced advisor and director who has worked in the field of information technology for over 20 years. Bawa is currently serving as an advisor at Fives Digital, a company that specializes in digital marketing and web development. Prior to their current position, Grover served as the director of TCS e-Serve International Ltd - a TCS company. In this role, they oversaw the business operations of 7000+ employees in various countries, including India, the Philippines, the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Bawa was also responsible for the company's P&L performance and end-to-end scope, which included everything from business development to operations.

Before their work with TCS, Grover served as the India country manager of Avco Financial Services India. In this role, they were responsible for introducing new financial products to the Indian market and building the Avco Financial Services business into a profitable and pan-India operation. Bawa also worked for Citigroup Global Services Ltd as the EVP & COO - Global Practice Head for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) International customer interaction operations. In this role, they oversaw the business operations of 2500+ employees in various countries, including India, the Philippines, the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

Grover has also served on the Board of Directors of TCS eServe International Ltd (2008-12) and as the Chairman of the Audit Sub-committee of the Board of TCS eServe international Ltd during 2011-12.

Bawa Grover completed a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management, General from XLRI Jamshedpur. Bawa then went on to complete their Graduation (with Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
