Kapil Sharma has been CEO of FiveS Digital since 2018. Prior to that, they were Chief Steward at FiveS Digital from 2009-2018. FiveS is a digital transformation and customer experience company specializing in impact sourcing. They follow a digital first approach and upskill and employ youths from smaller towns across India to deliver solutions and services to their client partners. With 1500+ employees at 7 delivery centres across India, and a presence in Europe and North America, they have successfully delivered solutions across the verticals. Their key clientele includes renowned names from the BFSI, foodtech, EdTech, fintech, healthcare, ecommerce, and utility domains.

Kapil has been instrumental in the growth and success of FiveS. Under their leadership, the company has gone from a small startup to a thriving business with a global reach. Kapil Sharma has a degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Kapil also has a responsible leadership certification from The Bridge Institute. Kapil has a bachelor's of engineering in electronics and communication from JSSATE. Kapil also has a 12th PCMB from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Kapil is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified from Honeywell Process Solutions.
