Ben Hendricks

Ben Hendricks has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ben started their career as a Sales Associate at Scheels, where they specialized in the archery department and developed strong sales and customer service skills. Following this, they worked as a Track and Field Coach at Fargo Public Schools for nearly a decade.

In 2015, Ben joined Five Star Storage as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the management, development, and acquisition of self-storage rental properties. Under their leadership, the company expanded its operations in the upper-Midwest region and currently owns and operates 25 self-storage rental facilities. Additionally, Five Star Storage leases commercial office/retail and warehousing spaces alongside its self-storage spaces.

In 2016, Ben also joined Five Star Development LLC as the Vice President. In this role, they contributed to the growth and oversight of the entire self-storage company. With their extensive experience in real estate property management, development, acquisition, and ownership, Ben played a crucial role in attracting talented professionals, identifying target markets, and implementing cautious financial planning.

Currently, Ben holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Five Star Storage, a role they assumed in August 2022. As the CEO, they are responsible for leading the company's strategic direction and overall operations. Ben'sexpertise in the self-storage industry and strong leadership skills have contributed to the success of Five Star Storage.

Ben Hendricks began their education in 2003 at the University of Minnesota, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Ben attended this institution until 2004. In 2004, they transferred to North Dakota State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Ben successfully completed their studies at North Dakota State University in 2008.
