Five-Star Tooling Ltd was established in 2006. We have been providing injection molds, molding and precision components service to the global market for more than 20 years.
Five-Star has been using its expertise in finding solutions and providing services on different mold types, such as multi-cavity molds, automatic unscrewing molds, molds required DME MUD inserts, double color injection molds and so on.
In the factory we have grinding machines, wire cutting machines, CNC, especially DMG 5 axis CNC, EDM, Haxagon CMM machines and other high precision machines for manufacturing and inspection. A requirement of keeping the tolerance of +/-0.005mm is achievable.
