Traci Gerth

Traci Gerth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations across various industries. Currently serving as the CEO Peer Advisory Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., Traci creates environments for executives to maximize their potential. As the Principal Cofounder of Karma Assets, LLC, Traci oversees a family-owned remodeling business focused on sustainable practices. Previous roles include Board Advisor at Five to Flow, Executive Board Member at DACRA Tech, and Vice President of Operations at Indigo, where Traci contributed to sustainable agricultural technology. Traci's earlier experience encompasses senior leadership positions at SONIFI Solutions, Sand Cherry, and Charter Communications, driving growth and transformation in high-performance organizations. Traci holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
