Alexander Cockburn

Alexander Cockburn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries such as technology, bioinformatics, and media. Alexander most recently worked at Five AI as a Software Engineer from January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at the European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI from September 2021 to February 2023. Alexander also served as a Software Engineer at Amazon from October 2019 to March 2021, and as a Knowledge Engineer at Evi Technologies from August 2015 to October 2019. In addition, they briefly worked as a Media Advisor at KRG in April 2010.

Alexander Cockburn obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Durham University between 2011 and 2015.
