Al Modglin

Al Modglin has extensive experience in professional services, currently serving as VP of Professional Services at Five9 since April 2018, following a tenure as Sr. Director of Professional Services. Prior to Five9, Al Modglin held multiple senior director roles at Avtex Solutions, LLC from 2010 to 2018, including Sr. Director of Solution Engagement and Sr. Director of PMO. Al Modglin also spent nearly a decade at Interactive Intelligence as Director of Professional Services from 2000 to 2009. Al Modglin holds an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
