Alan Merando

Alan Merando is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in IT management and operations. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Five9 since August 2018, Alan previously held positions as an IT Manager and IT Business Analyst at CareSync, where responsibilities included managing operations and implementing system design. Alan's career includes roles as Director of Operations at Naya Energy, overseeing energy management and cloud services, and extensive experience at H&R Block, managing IT support for over 430 offices. Alan's earlier career involvement includes leadership in IT at The Brattle Group, BostonCoach, and Bronner Slosberg Humphrey, as well as network consulting and programming. Alan holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz and an AAS in Data Processing from SUNY MVCC.
