Ali Smith

Ali Smith has extensive experience in both sales and swim instruction, currently serving as a Commercial Account Executive at Five9 since September 2021, following a progression through roles including Account Executive and Business Development Representative. Alongside this, Ali has been a Swim Instructor at Super Star Swim School since June 2016, where a private swim lesson business was developed to promote water safety and effective stroke techniques for participants aged three and up. Previous experience includes coaching at TRI VALLEY MASTERS, overseeing lifeguards as a Senior Lifeguard for the City of Reno, and working as a Sales Associate at Café Art, where exceptional customer engagement and reliability were recognized. Ali holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a minor in Business Administration.
