Amit Mathradas is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Five9. A seasoned leader in the commercial technology sector, Amit has more than 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation and operational excellence at global software companies.
Prior to joining Five9, Amit served as CEO of Nintex, an AI-centric, agentic business orchestration platform, where he led the company’s overall strategy, operations, and execution through its next phase of innovation and growth. Before Nintex, Amit was President and Chief Operating Officer at Avalara, where he helped scale the company from $300 million in revenue to nearly $1 billion, culminating in its $8.4 billion acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
Earlier in his career, Amit held senior leadership roles at PayPal, Web.com, and Dell, where he led global teams across product, go-to-market and operations.
A recognized thought leader, Amit regularly shares perspectives on digital transformation, intelligent automation, and the practical application of AI to help organizations move faster and operate smarter. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in management and economics from Wittenberg University.
