Amy Weese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Five9 since July 2019, Amy has progressed through various leadership roles, including Director of Customer Success and Manager of Account Management. Prior to Five9, experience included managerial positions at Comcast and NineSigma, as well as multiple roles at InfoCision Management Corporation, where Amy started as an Account Representative and advanced to Senior Account Executive/Account Director. Early career experience also includes an Assistant Manager position at Max & Erma's and coaching at Canton Central Catholic High School. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Kent State University.
