Amy Wharton

Amy Wharton is an experienced corporate events professional currently serving as Corporate Events Director at Five9 since September 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held several positions at Openprise from March 2021 to September 2024, including Director of Events and Senior Manager of Community Events. Amy's earlier experience includes serving as Events Marketing Manager at NICE inContact and as Senior Events Marketing Manager at Restaurant365 and Selligent Marketing Cloud, where responsibilities encompassed crafting and executing strategic event planning and management. During a lengthy tenure at Sprint Nextel Corporation, Amy managed national and regional events to enhance brand awareness and developed sales and marketing strategies for corporate accounts. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing & Textile Merchandising from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
