Andrew Harper

Andrew Harper is an experienced Chief Software Architect currently at Five9 since November 2019, with a robust background in software architecture from Amdocs, where tenure spanned from 2000 to November 2019. At Amdocs, Andrew led efforts in building a multi-disciplined architecture team to facilitate the transformation to cloud-native, microservice-based systems while overseeing key domains such as Care, CRM, and Retail product architecture. Responsibilities included managing client interactions, integrating CRM solutions, and leading the re-establishment of the Solution Architecture team. Andrew holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales and has additional education from the University of Birmingham.
