Angie Rivera is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in driving business growth across the Central America and Caribbean regions. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Sales at Five9 since March 2021, Angie previously held positions such as Enterprise Sales Director and Sales Lead at SoftwareONE, as well as Territory Manager at Symantec. Angie’s career also includes significant roles at Intel Security, NIKSUN, and Avaya, where responsibilities encompassed market penetration, channel development, and sales strategy formulation. Angie holds an MBA in Marketing from Universidad del Turabo.
