Anil DCosta is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business systems and applications. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Business Systems at Five9 since March 2022, Anil previously held multiple director and managerial roles at Twitter from June 2013 to March 2022, focusing on IT business systems for finance, HR, and legal departments. Prior roles include Sr. Oracle Applications Engineer at Facebook and Oracle Financials Consultant positions at CBS Interactive and CNET Networks. Anil began a career at Sun Microsystems as a Java and Oracle Consultant. Anil holds both a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
