Beatriz Borges Ramos

Beatriz Borges Ramos is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in payroll operations and employee data management across multiple countries, including Portugal, the UK, Spain, and Germany. Currently serving as an International Payroll Analyst at Five9 since August 2025, Beatriz has previously held roles such as UK Payroll Specialist at FARFETCH, where responsibilities included managing payroll operations compliant with UK regulations, and various positions focused on employee data and HR processes. Beatriz has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade do Minho, and recently completed a course on People Analytics at Cambridge Judge Business School. Additionally, Beatriz has demonstrated expertise in creating HR departments, onboarding processes, contract management, and implementing improvements in payroll systems.
