Ben Samuel

Ben Samuel is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as SVP of Solution Consulting at Five9, a leader in cloud contact center software. Previously, Ben held the position of VP of Technology at Cox Communications, where responsibilities included building and transforming enterprise technology. Ben's expertise has been honed through roles at Slalom as Client Partner, Excelacom as Vice President, and CSG in various capacities, including Senior Director and Development Lead. Early career experience includes positions at LHS Telekommunikation and Sequiter Software Inc. Ben holds an MBA from Georgia State University, completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School, and has a degree in Computer Science from NAIT.
