Brendan Chen is an accomplished Conversation UX Designer currently leading the discovery, design, and testing of multichannel conversational agents at Five9 since October 2023. Previously, Brendan served as a Conversational Designer at PolyAI from November 2021 to August 2023, where the focus was on developing near-human voice assistants in collaboration with partners and clients. Earlier experience includes a role as a Lead Generation Specialist, handling sales operations and research, and working as an Investment Analyst at Transamerica Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Transamerica Corporation, from September 2019 to August 2021. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from New York University and graduated with a High School Diploma from Boston University Academy in June 2012.
