Brian Boyce has extensive experience in project management and account management, currently serving as Partner Enablement Manager and Implementation Program Manager at Five9 since April 2020. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Afidence from July 2014 to April 2020, holding various positions including Senior Technical Project Manager assigned to the General Electric ADR Team and Director of IT Managed Services. Brian's earlier experience includes roles at NEC Corporation of America, where contributions were made as an Enterprise Account Manager and Director of Business Operations, among others, spanning nearly three decades from January 1981 to October 2013. Brian is an alumnus of SUNY Ulster.
