Carlos Santos is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Network Engineer II at Five9 since November 2022, Carlos has previously held network engineering positions at Poly, Accruent, and CADMART, contributing to a variety of projects and gaining a breadth of technical expertise. Carlos obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from ISPJAE, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2011.
