Celeste Yamagiwa

Celeste Yamagiwa is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Five9 since September 2018, previously serving as a Lead Development Rep. Prior to Five9, Celeste held various roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, including Assistant Manager and Rideshare Account Executive, where responsibilities included enhancing employee morale and productivity through innovative transportation solutions. Celeste also worked as an Assistant Manager and Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings from May 2015 to September 2018, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty. Celeste earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Classics and Comparative Literature from UC Santa Barbara in 2014.
