Claus Roggensack

Claus Roggensack has extensive experience in enterprise applications and information systems, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Five9 since 2015, where previous roles included Senior Director of Business Solutions and Director of Business Applications. Prior to Five9, Claus worked at DZS from 2001 to 2015, initially as Director of Information Systems, overseeing software solution strategies, and later as Manager of Business Applications, contributing to the company's IT applications infrastructure during its start-up phase and IPO. Claus began the professional career at Ernst & Young from 1996 to 2001 as a Senior Consultant in the Oracle Service Line, leading ERP implementation projects across various industries. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Management Information Systems and an Undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Information Systems, both from the University of Cape Town.
