Craig Hanson is a seasoned technology executive with significant experience in product strategy and technological innovation. As Vice President of Technology at Five9 since October 2013, Craig oversees technology and the introduction of new products while also managing the company's product strategy and architectural planning. In addition to co-owning BusinessComposer LLC, Craig held various roles at Amdocs from 2005 to 2013, where responsibilities included launching new business lines, guiding strategic development for software products, and enhancing customer relationships.
