David Hui

David Hui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Five9 since October 2012, Hui oversees a large, multi-national team responsible for implementing advanced cloud-based contact center solutions. Prior positions at Five9 include Senior Director and Director roles focused on various market segments. Before joining Five9, Hui held significant positions at Enkata, where responsibilities included P&L management and the creation of a customer success department. Hui's earlier career includes project management roles at Rapidigm, XUMA, and Oracle, showcasing a strong background in project management, customer success, and SaaS implementations across various industries. Hui holds a BA in Political Economy and a minor in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
