Eric Lomba is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in overseeing complex, large-scale initiatives in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Enterprise Sr. Program Manager at Five9 since June 2021, Eric is responsible for project and program planning, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes seven years at Windstream, where Eric led various transformation project teams, managed cloud and on-prem development, and served as Agile Product Owner for critical digital transformation initiatives. Eric's career also encompasses roles at XO Communications, focusing on business process improvement and digital project management, along with earlier experience as a Senior Technical Trainer and service in the United States Navy.
