Eric Strickland

Eric Strickland currently serves as Vice President of Global Network Services at Five9 since May 2020. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Webex Calling Product Management at Cisco and AVP of BroadCloud Product at BroadSoft. Eric has also worked in various roles such as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Adaption Technologies and Director of Industry Solutions at PAETEC. Additionally, Eric held director-level positions in marketing and product management at McLeodUSA and served as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Wiltel. Eric began the career as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst at both Zebco and MCI WorldCom. Academically, Eric obtained a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and finance from the University of Arkansas.
