James Brind is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Global Voice Automation and Analytics at Five9 since April 2021. Prior to this role, James held positions at Webex as Product Engineering Manager for Webex Calling, where responsibilities included leading the development of the Webex Calling Operations Console.
