Jen MacDonald is an accomplished software engineer currently working at Five9 since January 2022. With extensive experience in software and UI engineering across various organizations, including Noodle.ai and CLEVER Influencer Marketing Agency, Jen has developed a strong technical foundation and expertise in user interface design.
