Jerry Brown is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and customer engagement sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Director for AI & Automation at Five9, Jerry Brown focuses on enhancing customer experiences through the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform. Previously, Jerry Brown held the position of Vice President of Managed Services Sales at Inference Solutions prior to its acquisition by Five9. Additional roles include Regional Vice President of Sales at Noble Systems, Vice President of Sales at Adapt Telephony Services, District Vice President of Sales at Ceridian, and National Account Manager at CCC Information Services.
