Jessica Byerly has extensive experience in program and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager in Services at Five9, Jessica has previously held roles such as Project Manager in Professional Services. At 8x8, Jessica gained valuable experience as a Product Manager in Post-Sales and worked as an Executive Support Specialist in the IT Service Desk, along with a position as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer.
