Jim Lynch has extensive experience in voice engineering and technical support within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Sr Voice Engineer at Five9 since March 2024, Jim previously held similar positions at RingCentral from December 2021 to November 2023, where the primary focus was on automating operations through Javascript and Python development. Prior to that, Jim was a Principal Engineer at Ribbon Communications from 2011 to December 2021, providing critical support for analytics applications and customer troubleshooting. Additional experience includes a decade-long role as Principal Engineer at Dialogic and prior positions involving significant software and systems engineering responsibilities at Lightbridge, Camex, Cullinet Software, Software Research Corp, and Raytheon Data Systems. Jim holds a B.S. in Mathematics from UMass Boston.
