John Dyer

John Dyer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and platform observability. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Operations at Five9 since August 2021, John has a strong background in telecommunications and software development, having held previous roles such as Senior Manager of Platform Observability at Cisco and Director of Platform Operations at Tropo, Inc., where innovation in communications solutions was a key focus. John’s early career included positions as a Systems Engineer at Voxeo and Krumpt Consulting, as well as managerial experience in the hospitality sector. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
