Kim Hill

Kim Hill is an accomplished executive in the technology and telecommunications sectors with extensive experience in sales, account management, and collaboration solutions. Currently serving as VP of Americas Named Partners at Five9 since March 2021, Kim has held various senior roles including RVP of Global Service Providers and Sr. Director of Service Providers. Prior to Five9, experience includes SVP of UC Global Portfolio Management at Intrado, responsible for leading an $800M division, and VP of Global Solution Sales & Engineering at West Unified Communications Services, where Kim led a team of over 100 specialists. A proven track record includes exceeding sales targets, successful product launches, and strategic initiatives for transitioning clients to advanced solutions. Kim also has a background in product development and business integration from earlier roles at West and Shaw Industries. Education includes studies at Reinhardt University and The University of Georgia.
