Kyle Sacher

Kyle Sacher is an experienced professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Five9 since January 2021, having also held roles such as Manager of Customer Success and Commercial Account Management. Prior to Five9, Kyle worked at Graniterock from January 2018 to January 2021 as a Sales Representative and at Enterprise Holdings from July 2016 to December 2017 as an Assistant Manager. Kyle's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant and included a marketing internship at Hyperlite Wake MFG., where responsibilities included managing a wakeboarding Instagram account. Additionally, Kyle gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at Follett Higher Education. Sacher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Chico, graduating in 2015.
