Matthew Tuckness

Matthew Tuckness is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as EVP, Sales + Customer Success at Five9 since December 2023, after previously holding roles including VP, Global Customer Success and VP, US Account Sales. Tuckness began at Five9 in June 2013, progressing through various leadership positions such as Vice President of Sales, AI and Automation, where strategic integration of AI and automation acquisitions was key. Achievements include significant revenue growth across multiple years and record low customer churn rates. Tuckness established a robust talent pipeline and high engagement within the sales organization. Prior work experience includes roles at 24 Hour Fitness and the completion of an Economics degree from Occidental College.
