Michael Cook

Michael Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing analytics. Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Customer Success at Five9 since May 2021, previously holding roles as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Account Manager. Prior to Five9, Michael spent over two decades at InfoCision Management Corporation, where positions included Vice President of Product Management & Analytics Services, Vice President of Marketing Analytics, and Vice President of Marketing among others. Michael holds a degree from Kent State University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
