Michael also played a pivotal role as Operations Manager at Med-Care Diabetic and Medical Supplies, securing a significant Medicare contract. As Founder & CEO of Silverbackups, Inc., Michael built a thriving sales business. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from RPI Lally School of Management and a BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
