Mike George

Mike George has extensive experience in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a NOC Supervisor at Five9 since February 2021, following the role of NOC Analyst. Previously, Mike worked at IntraLAN Group Ltd as a Senior ICT Helpdesk Engineer from January 2019 to February 2021, and at Century Link as a Senior Network Technician from October 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities included second line diagnostics and network management. Mike's career began at Level 3 Communications, where a long tenure as a NOC Technician lasted from 1999 to October 2017. Mike holds a degree from Brunel University of London, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
