Prior to this, Patrick held the position of IT Operations Manager at Orvis from June 2017 to November 2021, and served as Technical Support Manager at Medeco Security Locks from July 2013 to June 2017. Earlier in Patrick's career, the roles included TSI Operations Manager, Retail Systems Supervisor, and Integration Lead at NewBold Corporation from August 2000 to July 2013. Patrick earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology from ECPI University between 1999 and 2000.
