Rafael Silverio

Rafael Silverio is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in collaboration and infrastructure solutions. Currently serving as Vice President Operations for Iberia/LATAM at Five9 since December 2018, Rafael has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Sales LATAM and General Manager. Prior to Five9, Rafael spent nearly two decades at CDW, where roles included Regional Vice President Enterprise Sales and Senior Manager for Collaboration Solutions. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Network Engineer/Sales Engineer at Berbee, Senior Network Engineer at TDS Telecommunications Corp., and Information Systems Operator Analyst in the US Army. Rafael's educational background includes training as a Software Analyst in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, along with studies at The City College of New York.
