Rob Early

Rob Early is an experienced project manager currently working at Five9 since August 2023. Previously, Rob served as an application consultant at Aceyus from December 2020 to August 2023. Rob has extensive experience at Amtrak, where from January 2003 to September 2020, responsibilities included managing Nuance NOD cloud-based speech IVR systems and overseeing Amtrak's Intervoice Omvia VRU platforms. Earlier in Rob's career, from 1992 to 2001, significant contributions were made as a senior manager at America Online, where Rob led a support team and managed installations of Aspect ACDs in European call centers. Rob holds education credentials from Omega School of Recording Arts and West Potomac High School.
