Rob Tonks

Client Engagement Manager

Rob Tonks has extensive experience in project and client management, currently serving as Client Engagement Manager and previously as Customer Success Manager at Five9 since February 2020. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Senior Project Manager at Interactive Intelligence from July 2013 to September 2016, with a focus on transitioning back to Professional Services after two years in Engagement Management. Rob was also part of the EMEA Professional Services Organization team during this tenure. Earlier in Rob's career, extensive project management experience was gained as a Senior Project Manager at Aspect from 1993 to June 2011. Educational background includes studying at Willington High School from 1973 to 1976.
