Sanjay Banerjee

Sanjay Banerjee is an experienced technology and project management professional with a strong background in customer development, software engineering, and system integration. Currently serving as the Customer Development and Technology Manager at Five9 Inc since August 2014, Sanjay has successfully managed customer-facing projects that integrated internal messaging for the Five9 Call Center platform and Skype for Business. Prior to this, Sanjay held the role of Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle, where responsibilities included architecting a data import platform for Oracle Sales Cloud. Sanjay's earlier career at Nortel spanned over 13 years in various roles, including Technical Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to the GSM/UMTS Voice Core platform and related technologies. Sanjay began the professional journey as an MIS Engineer at IOCL, developing financial applications and managing computing resources. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Calcutta.
