Sarah Harrian

Sarah Harrian currently serves as the Sr. Director of GTM Education at Five9 since January 2024 and previously held positions including Director of Education Services. Prior to Five9, Sarah was the Head of Global Talent Development at Nextiva and the CEO and Founder of The How Matters, LLC, where the focus was on enhancing customer experience through effective implementation of processes and employee engagement. Sarah's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at FranklinCovey, Extra Space Storage, TruGreen, CEB, and Intuit, contributing to talent development and organizational effectiveness. Sarah holds a BA in English with an emphasis in Business Administration from UCLA, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
