Sriram Sankaran

Sriram Sankaran is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software engineering and solutions architecture. Currently at Five9 since January 2020, Sriram focuses on building a modern SaaS platform for digital engagement, utilizing GCP, microservices, and performance tuning of legacy systems. Previously, Sriram served as a Team Lead at Yapstone, leading the design and implementation of payment platform components, and as a Solutions Architect at Guidewire Software, successfully managing insurance product implementations. Additional experience includes Engineering Manager at Cognizant, where Sriram directed the delivery practice for insurance solutions, and as a Technical Lead at CCC Information Services, overseeing a major transformation of claims processing systems. Sriram holds educational credentials from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and the University of Madras.
